“There will always be a reason why you meet people, either you need to change your life, or you’re the one that will change theirs.”
Hello! Welcome to my first blog post, ever. I have wanted to start a blog what seems like forever. What better time than now with the launch of my website, and my coaching business.
I am a 42-year-old widow, single mom to a beautiful 3-month-old, dog mom to two Saint Pyrenees twins, and lover of all thing’s organization and office supplies.
My life has been full of events and experiences that range from, “I wouldn’t wish that on anyone” to “I hope everyone gets to experience this” and everything in between. I plan on sharing that all with you, the good, the bad, and yes even the ugly.
All those experiences are what got me into coaching – and why being a certified grief and life coach is something that I feel I have been called to do deep inside my soul. I want everyone on this planet to life their best life, and find their purpose. I have a special place in my heart for anyone who went through trauma or is dealing with grief and loss. I work with clients who seek purpose for the next phase of their life and help them use their grief to move them forward with gratitude.
The underlying theme and main purpose of this blog is to be authentic. That is how I coach, that is how I live my life now, and that is who I have become. I have done A LOT of self-coaching and have hired multiple coaches myself to help me get to where I am. I do not pretend to have all the answers, I have not experienced it all. All I can say is I have been though a lot and I want to share what I have gone through in the hopes to inspire, motivate, help heal and just relate to all of you.
There is so much.
I am so glad that you are here, and I look forward to sharing my story with you.
Believing in you!
